Donations and Event Tickets

  • Participation event registration fees and tickets purchased to a social event, lecture or webinar are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend an event, the monies will be retained to cover charity costs. The entrance fee or ticket may be transferred to an alternative entrant or guest, but you must email events@supportthroughcourt.org a week before the event and we will endeavour to accommodate the request.
  • If we cancel an event, we will contact you to offer a refund by the method of your payment, unless it’s an online donation platform when we would arrange payment by Bacs.
  • The charity is not responsible for events cancelled by third parties.
  • If one of our events is cancelled due to bad weather, we will endeavour to reschedule the event and offer those who have bought a ticket, or paid a deposit, a transfer to the new event. If they are unable to attend we will offer refund.
  • Donations – Please note that charities, including ous, are only permitted to refund donations in exceptional circumstances. Please take care when making a donation via online platforms, as we may be unable to provide any refund once your payment has been processed. Refunds cannot be issued by BT MyDonate under any circumstances. You would need to contact finance@supportthroughcourt.org and we would consider arranging payment by Bacs.
